Guidelines for Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Policy Overview:

The majority of products produced by Office Nameplates are custom fabricated to meet the individual needs of our clients, including material and dimensional specifications. Unless a documented error has occurred, merchandise remains the property of the purchaser and is not returnable.

If an error occurs on our part, Office Nameplates will replace the merchandise to meet the original order requirements. We do not casually offer refunds, exchanges, or credits, so please ensure your order meets your exact requirements.

At our discretion, if the item is a stock product or extremely popular, we may accept unused, returned merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will apply in advance and upon approval. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Items past this period cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items:


  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

How to Complete a Return:

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, usually your original order number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (If Applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of receipt and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at brian.spar@officenameplates.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (If Applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@officenameplates.com.

Gifts:


  • If purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return’s value.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Office Nameplates cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
