Shipping & Delivery

OfficeNameplates.com evaluates the costs, destination, delivery window, package size and weight prior to choosing a carrier. Shipping and handling costs are included in our proposal. We take all of the necessary precautions to package your order for the safest journey possible. Please notify us within 24 hours if a package was delivered to your facility damaged. It is in all of our best interest that you deny acceptance of the package due to damages incurred in shipping. Mention to the carrier that you would like to file a claim. If you accept the goods and they are damaged, open the package with the carrier present, photograph and file a claim. Again, please notify us within 24 hours. Orders to Canada carry a $20 surcharge.

Privacy & Security

OfficeNameplates.com will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any form of customer information without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to impending harm to the customer or others). This includes information originating from subscription of newsletters and use of the OfficeNameplates.com website.
OfficeNameplates.com shall collect and use customer identifiable information for billing, dispatching of service, to solve problems associated with service, and to inform customers of new products or services that will better meet their needs. OfficeNameplates.com will use customer identifiable information to market products and services to the customer, but will not disclose or make available any customer identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products. If a customer chooses not to participate in direct marketing of new products and services from OfficeNameplates.com , that customer's information will not be used for the purpose of marketing new products.

Returns & Replacements

The majority of products produced by OfficeNameplates.com are designed and custom fabricated to meet the individual needs of our client's materials and dimensional specifications. Unless a document able error has occurred, the merchandise remains the property of the purchaser and is not returnable. If an error on behalf of OfficeNameplates.com has occurred, then OfficeNameplates.com will replace the merchandise to meet the requirements of the original contract. We do not casually offer refunds, exchanges or credits, so please be sure that the order you place meets your exact requirements. At our own discretion: If the merchandise of concern is a stock item or is an extremely popular item, we may accept unused, returned merchandise. Unfortunately, a 25% restocking fee will automatically apply in advance and upon approval.

Ordering on our site is easy and simple. You can order by making an account, or by ordering as a guest. We will handle all orders according to our privacy policy and will never use customer information for other purposes than the placement and handling of the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

OfficeNameplates.com accepts Visa, MC, money order, certified checks, bank checks, and business checks. Projects do not begin and merchandise does not ship until payment arrangements have been processed and approved. A 50% deposit, corporate Purchase Order or payment in full is required at time of order placement. Any outstanding balances are due prior to shipment of merchandise, unless arranged otherwise. CT State Sales Tax is applicable for all orders placed within Connecticut.

Updating Account Information

OfficeNameplates.com will do its best to honor requests from customers for account information, for example, name, address, company, or billing information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information on file with OfficeNameplates.com is current and accurate.
